Palak

A true connoisseurs dish consisting of organic spinach red up with fresh garlic, onions, turmeric, green chillies and methi (fenugreek). Once tempered, the rest of the ingredients are added along with a little house gravy which gives it a slightly thick saucy texture packed full of flavour.
