Dhansak

With its roots in Persian cuisine, harking back to the Mughal era, a dhansak is a sweet, sour and hot dish that combines, chilli powder, garam masala, our house special spice mix with red lentils, sugar, tomato puree, lemon juice and a touch of naga. It’s a wholesome, avourful curry that is intensely satisfying to eat.
