Named after the Southern Indian city of Madras (now known as Chennai), this a best-selling medium to hot curry with a universal appeal.
The dish is prepared by tempering garlic, ginger, curry leaves and mustard seeds. It is then infused with tomato paste with our house
gravy, chilli powder and a touch of coconut milk and lemon juice. The result is a very tasty, medium to hot dish with a slight tangy avour.
