Korma

A rich, creamy and very mild curry made with cream, nuts (almond and coconuts), and fragrant mild spices like cardamom, bayleaves and
cinnamon. Traditionally, this is a dish with Persian roots that used to be served in the Mughal royal courts of India, and of course an all-time favourite with us Brits.
